The Stroll Holiday Party had 109 guests signed up as of Oct. 30 for Thursday, Nov. 5, at Zinicola, the Italian restaurant in Ballantyne Village, and Firethorne readers are invited.
The party runs from 7 to 10 p.m., with live music, food from Zinicola's kitchen, door prizes and networking. Firethorne and Ballantyne readers sign up on the same page, and one RSVP covers up to four people. Reserve on the event page.
Ten days later, on Sunday, Nov. 15, Santa Paws, a pet photo fundraiser, sets up on the back veranda at Ballantyne Country Club from 1 to 4 p.m. Professional photos with Santa are $20 each, and all proceeds go to the rescue group Bullies 2 the Rescue. Pets are welcome but not required. Free parking is beside the clubhouse by the bag drop.
